Bone Thugs-N-Harmony “Midwest Warriors” Mixtape

Release Date: August 3, 2008

Album: Midwest Warriors Mixtape

Rating: N/A

Review: Midwest Warriors: “The Mixtape So Raw, You’ll Think It’s Retail” Presented By OutSmoke Remix Industries & Fatal Productionz is Bone Thugs-N-Harmony making good hip-hop. These guys have continued to grind and grind and grind. They really are one of the most prolific hip-hip groups of all time. Midwest Warriors has a nice mix of old Bone music and new-age production-centered jams. Make sure to check out World Still Cruel featuring Rev. Run Sermon. Though Midwest Warriors is a “mixtape” it has the feel of a studio album with a high quality of production. There is a good collection of remixes on the tape and collabs with 2 Pac, Nelly, Twista, Tech N9ne T-Pain, and Chamillionaire. Check out these four tracks and you should be good: No Drama, We Don’t Fuck Around, Goin’ Crazy, Crossroads Remix. Overall, the OG’s from East 99 hold it down.
