Review: This tape is a bit thrown together and is probably meant to promote some of the lesser known artists that appear on the second half of the tape, but there are some straight jams present. Most notably, TI’s new banger Whatever It Takes that the ladies absolutely love is on here. Bg, Lil Wayne, Juvenile and Trey Songz get down real hard on Ya Heard. Young Buck also has a real heartfelt four minute freestyle on the tape. 9th Ward, Big Tone and Lil Keke have new joints towards the end of the tape that are OK. You can listen to Chamillionaire’s Put On freestyle, although it isn’t our favorite remix version. Other artists doing the freestyle thing or dropping exclusives include Rick Ross, Hurricane Chris, Big Kuntry, Gucci Mane, Sean P. of Youngbloodz, Currensy, Lil Boosie, 9th Ward, Big Boi & Mary J. Blige and Big Tone. The Gorilla Zoe and Wayne banger Lost alone makes the entire tape worth picking up. “The Midwest has officially been invaded.”
